33 South Sixth Street is a 50-story office building located in the heart of the Minneapolis' 64 square block skyway system. The building is LEED EB:OM (Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance) Silver and Energy Star certified and presently one of the tallest buildings in Minneapolis. The building houses tenants such as Target Corporation, Meagher & Geer, PDI and Stoel Rives.

The City Center component of the project consists of a mixed-use office and retail center renovated in 2005. There are six skyway connections entering into City Center. The Center also houses the Marriott City Center, a 584-room full-service hotel and contains a 687-stall parking garage.
