- Bay-Adelaide Centre: Management Office, 333 Bay Street, Suite C131, Concourse Level - weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 647-260-1101.
- Exchange Tower: Management Office, 130 King Street, in Suite 1310 - weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Or at the First Canadian Place Concierge Desk, 100 King Street, by the King St. entrance - Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 2:30 pm. 416-864-6210.
- First Canadian Place: Management Office, 100 King Street, concourse level, in the hallway between Harry Rosen and the Gap – 8:30 am to 5 pm. Or at the First Canadian Place Concierge Desk, 100 King Street, by the King St. entrance - Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 3:00 pm. 416-862-8138.

Usage Terms and Conditions
Visit www.getmybalance.com for an agreement of usage terms and conditions. Please note that a Card Holder Agreement is provided with the Gift Card at the time of purchase.
Tips Before You Shop
- Check your balance.
- Review the list of participating stores.
- Notify the sales person at the counter that you will be using a Brookfield Gift Card before they ring your purchase.
- Once you've made a purchase, your store receipt will indicate the balance you have left on the Gift Card. Remember, you can always check your balance online at www.getmybalance.com or by calling 1-800-755-8608.
