Preventative Maintenance
Preventative, demand and routine maintenance activities are facilitated through the Oncite Preventative Maintenance System. This software automatically allocates preventative maintenance activities based on a predetermined schedule, tracks contractor and staff hours, and provides inventory status. The system reduces manpower, administrative efforts and supports quality service performance.
Retail Tenants are responsible for maintaining fire suppression systems and providing a Certificate of Inspection every six months to the Manager, Tenant Services.
Servicing of ecologizer and grease trap units, as well as cleaning of ducts and hoods, is coordinated by Brookfield, however Retail Tenants are responsible for the cost of all parts, supplies and any necessary repairs.
