In efforts to promote environmental initiatives, waste reduction begins at the property site where all waste is collectively placed in a trash compactor.
This approach has resulted in a reduced amount of trips to the landfill while keeping greenhouse emissions and disposal costs low.
The recycling program utilizes a co-mingled practice where the waste vendor separates garbage from recycled items at their site. Implementing this approach has enabled the property to achieve high levels of efficiency and participation.
